I had a great experience with this shop even though I didn’t end up getting my car repaired here. I came in just looking for some advice, and Dmitrii went above and beyond to help me out. He took his time, carefully explained my situation, and gave me honest recommendations that actually saved me a significant amount of money. It’s rare to find people in this industry who genuinely care more about helping the customer than just making a quick profit. Dmitrii and the team showed real professionalism, integrity, and knowledge. You can tell they value long-term trust over short-term gain. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest advice and people who truly know what they’re doing. They specialize in all types of cars. Euro and German cars are their best expertise. Thank you Dmitrii. You earned lifetime customer.

I first went to a shop in Brooklyn, and they told me I needed a full gearbox/transmission replacement. It sounded extreme, so I decided to get a second opinion. These guys in Staten Island checked everything properly, did additional diagnostics, and fixed the problem without that expensive replacement. They got it done in just a couple of days, the price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth and honest. Big thanks to the team. I truly appreciate the professionalism. Highly recommend!

I came for an alignment and it turned out that a couple of control arms needed to be replaced. The guys are true professionals — they know their job, explain everything, show you what’s wrong, and work smoothly as a team. I recommend them 100%!
